1. Страховщики вправе открывать на территории Кыргызской Республики филиалы и представительства с уведомлением в месячный срок со дня открытия уполномоченного государственного органа в сфере регулирования и надзора за страховой деятельностью. В уведомлении указываются почтовый и юридический адрес филиала и представительства, сведения о руководителях, численности персонала, масштабы и характер планируемой страховой деятельности, образцы используемых филиалом и представительством официальных бланков документов и оттисков штампов.
2. Размещение средств страховых резервов вправе осуществлять только головная страховая организация.
