1. Страховые организации не отвечают по обязательствам государства, а государство - по обязательствам страховых организаций.
2. Государство обеспечивает соблюдение и защиту имущественных и других прав и законных интересов страховых организаций, условий свободной конкуренции в осуществлении страховой деятельности.
3. Вмешательство органов исполнительной власти в страховую деятельность запрещается.
