1. Страховая организация обязана обеспечить строгий учет и хранение документов, используемых в бухгалтерском учете и при составлении отчетности.
2. Перечень основных документов, подлежащих хранению, и сроки их хранения устанавливаются Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.
