При реализации имущества на торгах судебный исполнитель оповещает в печати и в других средствах массовой информации о предстоящих торгах не позднее чем за десять дней до торгов. При этом в объявлении о торгах должно быть указано, какое имущество реализуется, кому оно принадлежит, какова его оценочная стоимость, где и когда состоятся торги. О времени и месте продажи с торгов заложенного имущества судебный исполнитель извещает залогодержателя.
