1. Членом АВП может быть физическое или юридическое лицо, владеющее земельным участком сельскохозяйственного назначения, расположенным внутри зоны обслуживания АВП или имеющее право пользования данным земельным участком на срок более трех лет.
2. Физическое или юридическое лицо, имеющее право пользования земельным участком сельскохозяйственного назначения на основе договора аренды, может стать членом АВП только после письменного согласия арендодателя либо после предоставления договора аренды, содержащего соответствующие положения.
