1. Реорганизация и ликвидация АВП осуществляются в соответствии с действующим законодательством Кыргызской Республики и уставом АВП.
2. Имущество и финансовые средства, оставшиеся после удовлетворения всех обязательств при ликвидации АВП, кроме безвозмездно полученных основных средств от государства, подлежат распределению среди участников АВП по решению ликвидационной комиссии или органа, принявшего решение о ликвидации в соответствии с условиями, предусмотренными уставом АВП.
