Незаконный отпуск или незаконное приобретение бензина или других
горюче-смазочных материалов, принадлежащих государственным или общест-
венным предприятиям, учреждениям и организациям, при отсутствии призна-
ков хищения -
влечет наложение штрафа в размере от двадцати до ста рублей.
