В соответствии с Основами законодательства Союза ССР и союзных
республик о браке и семье законодательство о браке и семье состоит
из названных Основ и издаваемых в соответствии с ними иных
законодательных актов Союза ССР, настоящего Кодекса и иных
законодательных актов Киргизской ССР.
Настоящий Кодекс и иное законодательство о браке и семье
Киргизской ССР разрешают вопросы, отнесенные к ведению союзных
республик Основами и другими нормативными актами Союза ССР, а также
вопросы брачных и семейных отношений, непосредственно указанным
законодательством не предусмотренные.
