Суд может освободить супруга от обязанности по содержанию другого
супруга или ограничить эту обязанность сроком в случаях:
непродолжительности срока пребывания супругов в браке;
недостойного поведения супруга, требующего содержания;
наступления нетрудоспособности нуждающегося супруга в результате
злоупотребления спиртными напитками, наркотическими веществами или
совершения преступления.
