Супруги пользуются в семье равными правами и несут равные
обязанности.
Вопросы воспитания детей и другие вопросы жизни семьи решаются
супругами совместно, по взаимному согласию.
Супруги должны проявлять заботу друг о друге, чтобы каждый из них
имел возможность использовать и развивать свои способности в личных
и общественных интересах.
Каждый из супругов свободен в выборе занятий, профессии и места
жительства.
