Опекун и попечитель не обязаны содержать лиц, находящихся у них
под опекой или попечительством.
Расходы, произведенные опекуном или попечителем на содержание
подопечного, возмещаются из средств подопечного в порядке,
установленном статьей 194 настоящего Кодекса.
При отсутствии достаточных средств на содержание подопечного
органы опеки и попечительства назначают пособие на его содержание.
