Учреждения и лица, которым станет известно о детях, не достигших
восемнадцати лет, оставшихся без попечения родителей, обязаны
сообщить об этом органам опеки и попечительства по фактическому
местонахождению детей, нуждающихся в опеке и попечительстве.
