Лица, находившиеся на постоянном воспитании и содержании в
установленном порядке не менее 10 лет, обязаны доставлять содержание
лицам, фактически их воспитавшим, если последние являются
нетрудоспособными и нуждающимися в помощи и не могут получить
содержания от других лиц, обязанных по закону предоставлять им
средства на содержание.
