При неисполнении, ненадлежащем или несвоевременном исполнении обязательств по перевозке пассажиров, хранению и перевозке грузов, грузобагажа и багажа пассажиры, отправители и получатели вправе предъявлять соответствующим предприятиям железнодорожного транспорта претензии в порядке и сроки, установленные законодательством Кыргызской Республики, а также международными договорами Кыргызской Республики.
