Граждане выселяются из жилых домов государственного и
общественного жилищного фонда с предоставлением другого
благоустроенного жилого помещения, если:
дом, в котором находится жилое помещение, подлежит сносу;
дом (жилое помещение) грозит обвалом;
дом (жилое помещение) подлежит переоборудованию в нежилой.
