Наниматель жилого помещения вправе с согласия членов семьи в любое
время расторгнуть договор найма.
В случае выбытия нанимателя и членов его семьи на постоянное
жительство в другой населенный пункт или переселения в другое жилое
помещение в том же населенном пункте договор найма жилого помещения
считается расторгнутым со дня выезда или переселения.
