подлежащие сносу, могут быть перенесены и восстановлены на новом
месте.
В соответствии с Основами жилищного законодательства Союза ССР и
союзных республик условия, при которых производится перенос
домов, строений и устройств, устанавливаются Советом Министров СССР.
