Государство оказывает жилищно-строительным кооперативам помощь в
эксплуатации и ремонте принадлежащих им домов, а также в
обеспечении жилыми помещениями членов жилищно-строительного
кооператива на время проведения капитального ремонта, когда ремонт
не может быть произведен без выселения проживающих в этих домах
граждан.
