компетенции издает распоряжения, а также с согласия соответствующего
местного кенеша может издавать нормативный правовой акт в виде
постановления, контролирует их исполнение.
Нормативные правовые акты, изданные главой государственной
администрации области, района, вправе отменить Президент Кыргызской
Республики, а также Правительство Кыргызской Республики.
