Экономическую основу местного самоуправления составляют трудовые и
природные ресурсы (земля, ее недра, воды, леса, растительный и
животный мир), находящиеся в границах территории местного
сообщества, коммунальная собственность, другое движимое и недвижимое
имущество местных сообществ, предприятия, организации и учреждения
независимо от форм собственности, расположенные на соответствующей
территории.
