Заседания постоянных комиссий местного кенеша созываются в
соответствии с планом работы комиссий.
В заседаниях постоянных комиссий могут принимать участие с правом
совещательного голоса депутаты соответствующего кенеша, не
являющиеся членами этих комиссий.
Вопросы, которые относятся к ведению нескольких постоянных комиссий,
могут по инициативе комиссий, а также по поручению местного кенеша
подготавливаться и рассматриваться комиссиями совместно.
Все члены постоянных комиссий пользуются равными правами.
