I. Разбирательство дел в арбитражных судах открытое.
Суд вправе объявить судебное заседание или его часть закрытым для
сохранения государственной, коммерческой или иной тайны, а также в
интересах правосудия.
О разбирательстве дела в закрытом заседании выносится определение.
II. Разбирательство дел в закрытом заседании ведется с соблюдением
правил судопроизводства в арбитражном суде. Решение закрытого
судебного заседания объявляется публично.
