I. О подготовке дела к судебному разбирательству судья выносит
определение, в котором указываются действия по подготовке дела,
назначение дела к разбирательству в заседании арбитражного суда, время
и место его проведения.
II. Определение направляется лицам, участвующим в деле, заказным
письмом с уведомлением о вручении либо вручается их представителям
под расписку.
