Статья 13. Собственность кооператива

1. Имущество кооператива образуется за счет денежных и других
имущественных взносов его членов, произведенной им продукции доходов,
полученных от ее реализации, и иной деятельности предусмотренной
уставом кооператива.
2. При ликвидации кооператива имущество, оставшееся после расчетов
с бюджетом, банками и другими кредиторами, распределяется между
членами кооператива.
