Киргизской ССР и советскими законами. Иной порядок защиты прав и
законных интересов граждан может быть установлен законами Союза ССР и
Киргизской ССР.
Граждане других союзных республик, а также лица без гражданства
пользуются на территории Киргизской ССР правом на судебную защиту
наравне с гражданами Киргизской ССР.
