Судебная коллегия по гражданским делам и судебная коллегия по
уголовным делам областного суда, Бишкекского городского суда
утверждаются президиумом областного суда, Бишкекского городского суда
из числа судей соответствующего суда. Судебные коллегии возглавляются
заместителями председателя суда.
Председатель областного суда, Бишкекского городского суда в
необходимых случаях вправе своим распоряжением привлекать судей одной
коллегии для рассмотрения дел в составе другой коллегии.
