Судопроизводство в Киргизской ССР ведется на киргизском языке или
на языке большинства населения данной местности. Участвующим в деле
лицам, не владеющим языком, на котором ведется судопроизводство,
обеспечивается право ознакомления со всеми материалами дела, участие в
судебных действиях с помощью переводчика и право выступать в суде на
родном языке.
