При передаче зданий и сооружений от одних предприятий, учреждений
и организаций другим вместе с объектами переходит право пользования
земельными участками в размерах, необходимых для обслуживания
передаваемых зданий и сооружений, на условиях определенных решением
городского Совета народных депутатов.
