Пользование землями лесного фонда для производственных и иных нужд
предприятий, организаций, производящих лесозаготовки или другие
работы в лесу, осуществляется с проведением мероприятий и
соблюдением правил по сохранности почвенного покрова, сохранности леса
от вредных заболеваний, пожаров и других бедствий.
