Кодексом и издаваемым в соответствии с ним другим
законодательством Республики Кыргызстан.
Горные, лесные и водные отношения, отношения по использованию и
охране растительного и животного мира, атмосферного воздуха
регулируются специальным законодательством Республики Кыргызстан.
