Ежемесячные пособия на детей от 1,5 до 16 лет выплачиваются на
каждого ребенка, находящегося на иждивении семьи, совокупный доход
которой на каждого члена не превышает минимального размера
заработной платы, в размере 25 процентов минимальной заработной платы.
Пособие назначается и выплачивается на рожденных, усыновленных, а
также взятых под опеку детей.
Родителям, которые лишены родительских прав, пособия на детей не
выплачиваются.
Пособия назначаются и выплачиваются независимо от получения на
детей других пособий, пенсий или алиментов.
