Право на пособие по беременности и родам имеют женщины, состоящие
в трудовых отношениях на условиях найма с предприятиями, учреждениями
и организациями всех форм собственности, - при условии уплаты
страховых взносов в фонд социального страхования Республики
Кыргызстан.
