Государственное пособие устанавливается разведенным мужчинам и
женщинам на несовершеннолетних детей до достижения ими возраста 18
лет, если родители по определению судов разыскиваются органами
внутренних дел в связи с уклонением от уплаты алиментов, в размере
30 процентов минимальной заработной платы.
