(1) Разбирательство дела о применении принудительных мер медицинского характера проводится судом по общим правилам судебного разбирательства. (2) Судебное разбирательство начинается с изложения прокурором доводов о необходимости применения к лицу, признанному невменяемым или заболевшему психическими расстройствами, принудительных мер медицинского характера. Исследование доказательств и выступления сторон проводятся в порядке, предусмотренном главой 35 настоящего Кодекса.
