(1) По окончании следствия следователь выносит постановление о направлении дела в суд. (2) Приложение к постановлению о направлении дела в суд составляется по правилам статьи 235 настоящего Кодекса. (3) Дело с постановлением о направлении его в суд следователь передает прокурору, который принимает одно из следующих решений:
1) утверждает постановление следователя и направляет дело в суд;
2) возвращает дело следователю для восполнения пробелов следствия.
(4) Копия постановления о направлении дела в суд для применения к лицу принудительных мер медицинского характера вручается его законному представителю.
