(1) Если для проверки либо уточнения данных, имеющихся в деле, необходимо воспроизведение действий, обстановки или иных обстоятельств определенного события и совершение опытных действий, суд вправе провести эксперимент. (2) Эксперимент проводится судом с участием сторон. В случае необходимости к участию в эксперименте привлекаются свидетель и специалист. (3) Суд проводит эксперимент с соблюдением правил, предусмотренных статьей 182 настоящего Кодекса.
