(1) После утверждения обвинительного заключения прокурор обеспечивает вручение обвиняемому и его защитнику копии обвинительного заключения. Копия вручается потерпевшему, если он об этом ходатайствовал. Расписки обвиняемого и потерпевшего о получении копии обвинительного заключения приобщаются к делу. (2) Прокурор направляет дело в суд, одновременно уведомляет об этом обвиняемого, защитника, потерпевшего и его представителя, гражданского истца, гражданского ответчика и их представителей.
