(1) Потерпевшего или его представителя, гражданского истца, гражданского ответчика или их представителей следователь знакомит со всеми материалами дела или с частью, с которой они изъявили желание ознакомиться. (2) Ознакомление производится в порядке, предусмотренном статьей 231 настоящего Кодекса.
