(1) Комплексная экспертиза назначается в случаях, если для проведения исследований необходимы познания разных отраслей знаний. Она проводится экспертами различных специальностей в пределах своей компетенции. (2) В заключении комплексной экспертизы должно быть указано: какие исследования, в каком объеме провел каждый эксперт и к каким выводам пришел. Каждый эксперт подписывает ту часть заключения, в которой содержатся его исследования, и общий вывод. В случае разногласия экспертов результаты исследований оформляются по правилам части третьей статьи 205 настоящего Кодекса.
