(1) Допрос производится по месту проведения следствия. Следователь вправе, если признает это необходимым, произвести допрос в месте нахождения допрашиваемого. (2) Допрос не может длиться непрерывно более четырех часов. Продолжение допроса допускается после перерыва не менее чем на один час для отдыха и принятия пищи, причем, общая длительность допроса в течение дня не должна превышать восьми часов. В случае медицинских показаний продолжительность допроса устанавливается на основании заключения врачей.
