(1) В случаях, предусмотренных частью второй статьи 23 и статьей 66 настоящего Кодекса, следователь при допросах и иных следственных действиях обязан пригласить переводчика. (2) Перед началом следственного действия следователь разъясняет переводчику его права и обязанности, предусмотренные статьей 67 настоящего Кодекса, и предупреждает об ответственности, установленной этой статьей за уклонение от исполнения обязанностей, а также об уголовной ответственности за заведомо неправильный перевод, о чем делается отметка в протоколе следственного действия и удостоверяется подписью переводчика.
