(1) Следователь, суд обязаны:
1) при наличии у лица, заключенного под стражу, несовершеннолетних детей, остающихся без надзора, передать их на попечение соответствующих лиц или организаций;
2) при наличии у лица, заключенного под стражу, имущества или жилища, остающегося без присмотра, принять меры к его охране.
(2) О принятых мерах следователь, суд уведомляют обвиняемого, подсудимого, находящихся под стражей.
