Объединение (союз), ассоциация кооперативов считаются созданными и
признаются юридическими лицами с момента их регистрации.
Регистрация городских, районных, областных объединений (союзов),
ассоциаций осуществляется соответствующим президиумом Совета
народных депутатов, а республиканских объединений (союзов), а также
ассоциаций правительством Республики Кыргызстан.
Регистрация объединений (союзов), ассоциаций осуществляется в
соответствии с порядком, установленным для кооперативов.
