Собственность кооператива является одной из видов коллективной
собственности, она признается и охраняется законом.
Кооперативы-собственники имущества в зависимости от конкретных
условий устанавливают формы управления собственностью принадлежащих
им предприятий и других хозяйствующих субъектов, не противоречащих их
уставам и законам Республики Кыргызстан.
Все имущество, находящееся в собственности производственного
кооператива, делится на вклады членов кооператива в соответствии с его
уставом.
