Общественно-политическим и иным общественным организациям и
массовым движениям, гражданам Республики Кыргызстан предоставляется
право на проведение агитации за предложение об объявлении референдума,
за принятие закона или другого решения, выносимого на референдум, а
также против предложения об объявлении референдума, принятии закона
или другого решения. Обеспечивается возможность пользоваться
средствами массовой информации, предоставляются помещения для собраний
и митингов.
Во время проведения голосования какая-либо агитация по вопросу,
вынесенному на референдум, не допускается.
