Закон Республики Кыргызстан, принятый путем референдума, вступает
в силу в порядке, установленном для актов Верховного Совета
Республики Кыргызстан. Иное решение, одобренное путем референдума,
обязательно для реализации со дня опубликования, если в самом
решении не предусмотрен иной срок.
