Голосование в день референдума проводится с 6 до 20 часов. О
времени и месте голосования граждане оповещаются участковой комиссией
не позднее чем за десять дней до референдума.
На участках для голосования при учреждениях Республики Кыргызстан
за пределами территории республики участковая комиссия референдума
может объявить голосование законченным в любое время, если
проголосовали все граждане, включенные в список.
