основании настоящего Закона, оставшуюся часть наказания:
а) осужденным, отбывающим наказание в колониях-поселениях для лиц,
совершивших преступления по неосторожности, отбывшим на менее двух
лет, - наполовину;
б) осужденным, отбывающим наказание в колониях-поселениях для лиц,
совершивших умышленные преступления, отбывшим не менее трех лет, -
наполовину.
