квалификации и переподготовки
В период профессиональной подготовки, повышения квалификации или
переподготовки граждан по направлению государственной службы занятости
им выплачивается стипендия в размере причитающегося пособия по безрабо-
тице, увеличенного на 20 процентов.
Размер стипендии может быть уменьшен на 30 процентов в случаях не-
успеваемости и выплата ее может быть прекращена на период непосещения
занятий без уважительной причины.
