Каждый гражданин имеет право на трудовую и профессиональную дея-
тельность в период временного пребывания за границей. Порядок защиты
прав и интересов таких граждан, а также условия предоставления им пос-
реднической помощи определяется законодательством Кыргызской Республи-
ки.
